Past few times I came in here for my lunch break service was slow was told no chicken tenders and no chicken sandwiches. Today I came in and Amy greeted my co worker and I took our orders in a timely and professional manner. She means business and deserves a raise or something I can most definitely tell she was put her to straighten out the flaws and errors of this restaurant or atleast that's what it seems. Very kind hardworking and attentive towards her customers was on top of everything happy customer here going back to work with great energy and a full stomach.

I went through the drive thru. The service was good, the food was fresh and warm it just seems like the taste of the food has gone down a bit in the last few years. Doesn't have the same appeal that it used to. Also, bring back the potato wedges! The fries honestly, not bad but miss the spiciness of the wedges. You could put the spice on the fries and I would totally be happy, hint, hint. Not a fan of the one off mountain dew "thunder" I believe it was called but that is not in KFC. Overall, still a good place to go for lunch but not the same as it used to be and not for the positive. So still a good chicken place hence 4 stars but they lost the fifth one iny book.

Amazing food. Always hot and fresh. Employees are always nice also. That's hard to find these days. NOTE: This location knows how to redeem text deals that you have to save to your phone for them to scan (most locations don't have a scanner so was not getting the deal) but this location says they can key it in even though the barcode has no other info except to scan. THANK YOU.

When we came in they didn't have the chicken that I wanted ready and the manager asked politely if we would wait for fresh chicken to be put down he was very helpful. The tables needed cleaning but he immediately came out and cleaned off our table and then had somebody else clean the rest of the lobby up it was a nice experience

It would be nice, if they would cook more original chicken breasts. Because my order was incomplete. I was told that they were running low on original breasts, and I could not get what I wanted. As a matter of fact, there was enough for my order, and she didn't give it to me. Told me that I would have to choose another different piece. If I am not mistaken, the next customer was suppose to be served there oder. I was next. And didn't get what I wanted. That made for them to fry more breasts, to be able to serve customers, for what they want. I love KFC, but sometimes they are rude, and nobody wants chicken, that's been old under lamp, or not fried right where inside is not too done. I had that happened on some occasions, but I keep coming back. I don't like to complain, but when spending your money, you want the bestI know they can do better than that..

Hadn't been to a KFC in years. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of food we received. Ours was a pickup and run order and everything was as ordered. Staff was excellent.
